Serving as a reviewer for the Industry Track of EMNLP 2026, the 2026 Conference on Empirical Methods in Natural Language Processing, held in Budapest, Hungary (October 24 to 29, 2026). The Industry Track is a dedicated forum for papers on the design, development, deployment, and analysis of natural-language-processing and speech systems in real-world settings, the practical challenges that appear outside a controlled lab rather than state-of-the-art research results. EMNLP is rated A*, the top tier, by the CORE conference ranking. I am reviewing one submitted paper, assessing its methods, evidence, and contribution.
